To ensure seamless data integration, the Mesa Fitness app utilizes the pre-installed Health app on your iPhone. As such, you will be prompted to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data. Rest assured that your health sync data remains entirely confidential, visible only to you, and is not shared with anyone else.
